The Teddy Bear Doctors

Is your teddy bear poorly?  Would you like to know more about a bear you have inherited or purchased?  Local teddy bear experts and restorers, Amanda and Julie from Bear It In Mind, will be available to answer any questions regarding age, identification or ‘clinical’ advice for your bear.  Some treatments such as eye replacements and claw stitching will be available for a small charge on the day.  Bears in need of more complex or lengthy treatments will need to be taken to the studio-workshop for restoration and repair.  Free estimates on costs and timescales can be given on the day.
Amanda and Julie will also be demonstrating traditional bear making techniques throughout the day.
Pop in for a chat and don’t forget to bring your bear!
Admission free. All welcome.
