Forthcoming Events at Portsmouth City Museum

Saturday 20th August - Sunday 11th September

Secrets of the High Woods Exhibition

Beneath the woods of West Sussex and East Hampshire lies a forgotten landscape, littered with traces of the past communities who have lived and worked here. For the past three years the Secrets of the High Woods project has been uncovering their stories using cutting edge LiDAR technology, an army of volunteer archaeologists, active research and interviews with people living here today.

The findings have shaped a touring exhibition where the secrets that have been discovered will be brought to life through interactive CGI and augmented reality. Find out more about the secrets of the high woods and see this landscape with new eyes.

Cost: Free
